On 5th June 2025, Sunon Asogli Power partnered with the International Maritime Hospital to support an urgent blood donation drive aimed at addressing the hospital’s critical shortage of blood.
The response from staff was remarkable, with over 30 employees voluntarily donating blood to support this life-saving cause. Their generous contributions will help restock the hospital’s blood bank and provide timely support to patients in need.
This blood donation exercise formed part of the activities marking Sunon Asogli Power’s 2025 Health and Safety Month, which focuses on promoting the well-being of staff and the wider community. Through initiatives like this, the company continues to demonstrate its commitment to creating a safe and healthy environment.
Management expressed sincere appreciation to all staff who participated and commended the team from International Maritime Hospital for their professionalism and dedication throughout the exercise.
Sunon Asogli Power is proud to have contributed to such a vital initiative and is committed to making this an annual exercise as part of its efforts to promote community health and social responsibility.
