As part of Sunon Asogli Power’s continued commitment to protecting the health, safety and well-being of its employees, the company unveiled its First Aid Station and ambulance on Thursday, 10th September 2026. The brief but significant ceremony was held at the company’s premises, with the Chairman, Mr Wang Jinxiao; the General Manager, Mr Zhang Jinsong; and management and staff of Sunon Asogli Power in attendance.
The facility marks an important step in strengthening the company’s emergency medical response system and enhancing safety arrangements at the workplace. The First Aid Station provides a dedicated platform for rapid and professional frontline medical support, while the ambulance will enhance the company’s ability to respond promptly to medical emergencies and transport employees who may require further medical attention.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Mr Wang Jinxiao noted that safety remains a fundamental priority in the company’s operations and that the well-being of employees is essential to the company’s long-term success. He emphasised that the initiative reflects Sunon Asogli Power’s commitment to protecting the lives and well-being of its staff. He added that the first aid station and ambulance will strengthen the company’s emergency response arrangements by providing timely medical assistance and support when emergencies occur.
Chairman Wang also noted that employees working away from home, including both local and Chinese employees, remain among the company’s most valuable assets. He stressed that providing staff with a safe and supportive working environment is a responsibility the company takes seriously. Beyond providing medical support, the facility is expected to contribute to a stronger safety culture through regular first aid training, emergency drills and the promotion of self-rescue and mutual-rescue skills among employees.
The initiative also highlights the company’s focus on preparedness and prevention in maintaining a safe workplace. With the First Aid Station and ambulance now in place, employees will have improved access to immediate assistance in the event of illness, injury or other emergencies. The company will also continue to encourage employees to develop basic first-aid and emergency response skills, ensuring that safety remains a shared responsibility across the organisation.
