On August 28, 2025, Sunon Asogli Power Ghana Limited Company welcomed first-year students from Institut Supérieur de Génie Électrique du Burkina Faso for an industrial tour at their facility.
The students were received by staff of Sunon Asogli Power, who gave the students a guided tour of the plant. They were introduced to the company’s operations, safety protocols, and the technologies used to generate reliable electricity in supporting Ghana’s energy sector. The students also had the opportunity to interact with engineers and staff, asking questions and learning first-hand about the challenges and opportunities in the power industry.
Speaking during the visit, representatives of the institute expressed their appreciation to Sunon Asogli Power for opening its doors and creating the platform for practical learning. They noted that the knowledge gained will enrich their studies and inspire them in their future careers in energy and engineering.
